Our Vision Statement
Mt Roskill Intermediate will be a place where:

Enrolment Forms and Health Forms can be collected from the School Office or downloaded from the link below. The completed enrolment form and health form need to be accompanied by copies of the student's birth certificate, if born in New Zealand, or with either the student's passport or immigration documents, if born overseas.

Completed enrolment documents can be dropped off to the school office between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
